In addition, they will provide administrative support for the Access Centre, including distribution of departmental marketing material, manage all digital files, register Academic Upgrading students and maintain accurate records for reporting activity and statistics to the funders and to the Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">What you will be doing:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Support students in their training, education and employment journey;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Support students in registering and applying for education, training or employment opportunities;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Answer incoming inquiries by phone, text, social media, email, and in person and direct to appropriate <span class=\"fontstyle0\">staff as needed;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Meet with clients applying for services such as Educational, Training or Employment Services, and <span class=\"fontstyle0\">begin the intake folder process and ensure the client is eligible for the service. Plans to meet with key\u00a0<span class=\"fontstyle0\">staff at other sites;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Conduct in-person or virtual initial registration interviews and collect all necessary documentation <span class=\"fontstyle0\">from clients;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Assist with resumes and cover letters, or other documents as needed for school or employment; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Assist with developing Educational or Employment pathway plans for all registered clients. A detailed job description is available from the Human Resource Services department.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">What you will need to be considered:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Two (2) year diploma in Office Administration \u2013 Executive, Business Administration, or <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">equivalent\/related field; and\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Minimum one (1) year of proven experience in an administrative environment and customer-facing <span class=\"fontstyle0\">role.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">The successful candidate will be well organized, have great customer service skills, and be comfortable hosting and attending local events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"fontstyle3\">Please note this position qualifies under 911爆料免费观看\u2019s protocol for hiring in remote regions.
