• Dust, washes and polishes office and classroom furnishings, cleans and disinfects washroom facilities. Replenishes basic classroom and washroom supplies;
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors as appropriate, empty waste baskets and removes trash. Maintain floors through surface cleaning, spray buffing and polishing. Maintain carpets including performing minor repairs;
• May be required to shovel snow and controls ice problems as required. Perform basic grounds maintenance as required. Operate equipment required for the above tasks; and
• May be required to perform minor repairs to buildings and equipment as appropriate.
